About Legacy Podcasting:
We are a content marketing agency formed in December of 2018 to fill a gap in the market as it relates to podcasting. There were many agencies that handled the audio editing and distribution of a podcast but few, if any, did so holistically - providing services such as audio, video, graphic design, social media, blogs,
We are currently operating as an international team of 18 people from joining in from 10 different countries - 3 in the Philippines.
About this role:
We are looking for a versatile sales assistant to support our daily operations.
The ideal candidate would have a variety of skills including, but not limited to:
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Great written communication skills
- Great English grammar
- Able to juggle multiple tasks
- Confident
Example of daily activities:
- Prospecting on Linkedin via Dripify
- Applying to relevant jobs on Upwork
- Cold
- Booking Podcast Guests
- Research prospects
- Updating CRM
Requirements:
- Work US Eastern time - 8am-5pm EST to start (possible flexibility here)
- Willingness to do a test project (see bottom for more on this)
- You MUST be GREAT with internal communication with the team and external to clients
- We are looking for someone who is excellent at writing in American English
- The person must be flexible and dependable
- Did I mention you must have great communication skills? :)
We work in Slack and Clickup, so if you are familiar with those, it is a plus. All the tasks have detailed work instructions and detailed checklists (built into Clickup & we also do 1-on-1 training).
This will be an on-going role that will have increased responsibility and scope as the agency grows. We are looking for someone to be a member of our TEAM, not just a freelancer.
HIRING PROCESS:
STAGE 1: We vet down the list of candidates based on profile, portfolio, and applicable experience
STAGE 2: We do an UNPAID test
STAGE 3: The remaining candidates complete a PAID test project, which is longer. (unless you knock it out of the park in Stage 2)
STAGE 4: Welcome to the team.
