Email Marketing Assistance

We are an established & fast-growing eCommerce company based in Malaysia. We are looking to hire 1 Email Marketing Virtual Assistant to assist our Email Marketing Manager to promote affiliate offers through our in-house customers’ email lists.

[Job Summary]
Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote an affiliate product or service.

[Primary Responsibilities]
-Create and schedule email campaigns.
-Ensure emails are inserted with the right URLs.
-Ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
-Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
-Post online content on the company’s website/ blog /social media accounts.
-Update spreadsheets/ reports

[Requirements and skills]
-Good English writing and speaking
-Strong attention to detail.
-Has a strong internet connection, PC, headset & Webcam.
-Strong advantage: Knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.(CRM tools, --Online analytics, Klaviyo/ Active Campaign, ClickBank, CB snooper, ClickFunnel, etc.)
-Strong advantage: Experience in the creation, setup, and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
