The Sales Executive is responsible for growing revenue and is in charge of closing consultative sales as well as managing and building the sales pipeline to generate new business for the organization.
ROLE:
- Adept in closing consultative sales (Agency Retainer Package & Consulting Offers)
- Tight follow-up of prospects before/during/after every consulting appointment set by the company
- Highly efficient payment collection and check-in of all new and existing clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and work on sales-related administrative duties & documentation SOPs as and when required
- Accurate representation and well-versed in the company’s product and services rendered and fulfillment scopes
- Efficient and tight payment collection of follow-up cases and review appointments
- Excellent customer service support to clients as necessary
- Work cross-functionally with operations and fulfillment teams, while ensuring a smooth handover experience for clients
- Providing resolutions to clients’ grievances and post-sales commercials issues when necessary
RESULTS:
- Success in providing a seamless growth agency-partner experience through excellent customer service
- Excellent leadership and salesmanship ability to achieve personal growth and company objectives/growth
- To sustain the company’s profitability through excellent relationship management and renewal of retainer clients
- To increase the company’s profitability through onboarding prospects to clients
- Maximum customer retention through ascending or descending up or down the company’s product or services
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICIATIONS:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years prior experience in the sales or digital marketing industry (international experience handling clients from US and EU is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Experience with G Suite, Zoom, Hubspot, or similar CRMs
- Experienced in collaborating and working with different cultures and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Operate with a can-do positive attitude and growth mindset
