High class Wholesale Real Estate Virtual Assistant

You will be a Wholesaler’s Assistant and before contacting me, you must understand what Wholesaling is and how it works and you must know the lingo and ---------- this job you will be doing a variety of tasks. I will have videos for you to study and learn your task so you can expand your understanding of the job and how I’d like it to be done. Looking for FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES ONLY and MUST be able to COMPLETE a minimum of 3 deals a MONTH.

Your top tasks will be:

- Cold Calling and Negotiating Price with Sellers and/or Agents to try to get under contract

- Finding deals (Motivated Sellers) that might want to go under contract

- Calculating the numbers to find if it’s a good deal or not

- Finding and Managing relationships with Cash Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Landlords and other Wholesalers

- Staying active on Facebook groups

- Messaging and Direct Mailing

PAYMENT:

For every deal completed (Every house that our Cash Buyers buy from us) you will be receiving a payment of USD $350 (PHP ? 18,343.50), but for the first two payments you will be getting USD $250 (PHP ? 13,102.50) to ensure your consistency with your job. And with my 3 deals a month complete rule, you’ll be making USD $1,050 (PHP ?54,568.50) a MONTH or potentially EVEN MORE than that depending on how many deals you can complete. For 5 or more deals completed in one month, there will be an EXTRA USD $100 (PHP ?5,200.21) added at the end of the month. All money will be paid through Paypal.

Requirements:

*MUST HAVE PRIOR SALES AND NEGOTIATING SKILLS*

Must have VERY clear English with VERY little to NO accent

Must be good with numbers

Must understand basics/process of Wholesaling Real Estate and understand Lingo

Must have FAST internet and able to connect to internet

Must work FULL TIME (No other job but this one)(Available 35+ hours a week)

Must work required hours

Must meet ALL Deadlines (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Each VA must complete a minimum of 3 deals a month (Resulting in you making USD $1,050 (PHP ?54,568.50) a month or potentially higher depending on how many deals the VA can complete) (First month will only require 2 deals completed to get the feel of the job and work environment)

Required work hours:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 3pm UTC (9pm - 2:30am PHT)

Sunday: 10am - 3pm UTC (11pm - 4am PHT)
