Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

-Identify media partners for events
-Coordinate and send marketing proposals to partners
-Achieve visitor attendance targets of the assigned events by planning and execution of effective marketing campaigns, including those of e-marketing and social media
-Produce print and electronic marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, e-dms, advertisements
Formulate media/ advertising plan
-Manage event website, and visitor database
-Plan and conduct market research
Prepare regular marketing reports

Requirements:

-marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment
-Understand marketing with a strategic mind
-Good communication skills
Strong copy writing skills
-Knowledge in design and branding
-Energetic and resourceful
-Team player

We would prefer someone with customer service experience and a bubbly voice and perform well with deadlines
-Reliable and positive working attitude
-Internet Connection must be stable 1.5MBPS minimum
-Good and clear headset -Quiet working room (no baby crying,dogs barking rooster crowing etc)
-Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday Singapore time)
