Job Responsibilities:

*Apply acquired expertise and practices when serving consumer queries
*Ensure consumer approval in all transactions
*Ownership of consumer issues and furthermore follow-up to ensure that completion was provided
*Obtain and research all suitable specifics to take on concerns and complaints
*Follow-up of recent problems and needs to assure delivery or resolution

Job Requirements:

*Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree.
*No work experience required.
*Excellent English language conversation skills
*Computer and Web proficient
*Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules.
