Dropshipping/Shopify Order Fulfilment Processing VA Needed - Full Time - Long Term

We Are Looking for Shopify Dropshiping Fulfillment Specialist for Our Shopify Stores , This is a full time and long term Job offer , Please read the job Description carefully , and make sure you are a good fit before applying .

Salary is : 300$ / Monthly

The tasks required :

* Order fulfillment : sending orders to different suppliers on a daily basis using Google sheets online
* Fulfilling orders by Adding Tracking Numbers on Shopify
* Invoices Verifications & Confirmation : Ensuring that Product Costs in invoices are Accurate & Without Errors
* Checking Fulfillment Status : Ensuring that Orders are shipped out without delays in processing times
* Checking Shipping status: Ensuring that Orders are delivered to customers without delays in shipping times
* Manage, Track & Resolve All Customer/Order Issues : Delayed Orders , Exchanges , Refunds, Replacement for wrong/missed/damaged …
* Handling Returns Cases : Status , Approvals & Issuing Refunds Correctly .
* Communicate with Our Tea ---------- mbers ( Suppliers / Customer Support team / Store manager ) to provide top notch customer experience
* Escalating Urgent issues to Managers , that Need an immediate intervention
* Negotiating Product / shipping Cost with suppliers to reduce COGS .
* Weekly Reporting : Report to store manager On general status of Orders, fulfillment , shipping , and Urgent Matters
* Ensure standard process and procedure are followed and updated

Final requirement : you must have experience doing these type of tasks mentioned above , otherwise your application won’t be considered .

Technical Skills:
* Good using Shopify in general : orders / products …
* Familiar with Massfulfill app
* Excel and Google sheets
