Tech Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented technical project manager to oversee all project operations from inception to ---------- pable of writing quality code, leading a team, can test code of developers under your supervision, and with vast experience and knowledge of DevSecOps. The technical project manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope. Their duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders, and executing each project step. A Tech Lead needs to have a minimum of 10 years experience in Development and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Team Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Will work closely with Chief Technology Officer, other Senior Developers, and the
Executive
Teams
- Create management, communication plans, and processes.
- Analyze and develop procedures for the management and technical duties.
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
- Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reports.
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled
projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all
subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical tea ---------- etings to determine progress and address any questions
or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members
required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the
cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical
department
- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and
installation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.
- Oversee and finalize the completion of all Technical SOPs and Schematics
- Gather Daily Tech Reports on Ticket, Issues, Uptime, and Downtime
- Ensure all technical downtime or issues are resolved
- Learn each software and technology used in our operations and fulfillment systems






Qualifications

- Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field required
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and
methods
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology
department
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience in establishing
guidelines in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising
department teams
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork
mentality
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to head off obstacles proactively
- Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track
- Excellent leadership abilities.
