Customer Acquisition Agent- $3/hr plus COMMISSIONS

-Have a chance to work with one of the largest Logistics company in the US based in Iowa dealing with Transportation and trucking.

Requirements:
-I3 or I5 or any good specs laptop or PC with noise cancelling headset
-Stable and High Speed Internet 10 MBPS and above
-Must have excellent English fluency and communication skills
-Experience in new customers acquisition and cold calling PREFERRED but not required.
-GOOD PR is a plus and building rapport skills is very essential.

TASKS:
-will need to do 80-100 cold calls a day to acquire new business from new customers.(Manufacturers and Products)
-will need to talk to shipping managers or decision makers and convince them to give us their business and to get set up with us.
-will occasionally do some VA tasks assign by the supervisor (back office tasks)
-will need to record every call and call outcomes to the excel and do follow ups to close deals.

*****Shift is from 8 am EST to 5:30 pm EST ( grave yard shift PH TIME) with 1 hour lunch and 30 mins break.
***We use hubstaff to monitor your work and track hours ---------- pensation - $3/hour (40 hrs a week) plus 200 php commissions per closed deal or customer closed. Eligible to Daily and Weekly goal Incentives announced by the supervisor.
