Steps of the work
1. Copy name of location from spreadsheet that I will send to you.
2. Paste it into the search box of a website.
3. Select the name of the location from a list of possible matches.
4. Copy the latitude and longitude data into my spreadsheet.
5. Save spreadsheet and repeat.

If, for some reason that there isn't a match of a particular name, I will need you to skip it, leave the coordinate field blank and move on to the next name.
