Web developer and Coder to create Shopify Website and code the site to work with MLM system

I am looking for a web developer who is competent and create shopify websites, and would be able to code the website too create the network marketing company i want to accomplish. I have a website already which has already got a coded Network marketing system, however, my partner has said that he wants us to swap to shopify because of the ease of create Facebook ads, adding facebook pixels and the beautiful templates it already has!

Below is a quick description of my network marketing model.

When people decide that they want to become an ambassador of the company, they sign up online, and to become an ambassador they have pay a £9.99 a month monthly fee.

-Once they sign up they are a basic ambassador, they earn 15% of everything they sell. They sell our products using their affiliate link a.
-Once they have signed up at least 4 people into her team, she becomes a silver ambassador and they fall into her 2nd level, and she earns 5% of what ever they earn!
- 3rd Level: They earn 3%
-4th Level: They earn 2%
-5th Level: They earn 1%
-6th Level: They earn 0.5% to infinity

- There are different ranks that thy achieve, such as: Basic Ambassador, Silver Ambassador, Gold Ambassador, Diamond Ambassador, Platinum Ambassador, Executive Platinum Ambassador.

- We have weekly bonus's and quarterly bonus's
Weekly Bonus: if they create 2 £250.00 sales within 7 days, they earn a bonus of £50.00 another 2 £250.00 within those 7 days they earn an extra £75.00 in that week.

All of this will be coded in their back office, when they sign into their account they will be able to see the sales they have made, their team members in the different levels, the video training we provide.

I have also recently made a deposit system within my website at the moment. Customers can put deposits through paypal for their orders,once the deposit has come through paypal, admin will input the data manually into the website, and this will show up on the customer account and the ambassador account. There are many other factors within the Network Marketing Model, but this is the main aspect of it.
