Facebook Ads Manager - Media Buyer

Looking for someone who is an expert with facebook lead generation. We are going to be running Facebook ads to fill our tour schedule for the year. We run a boat charter company and we need to sell spots on our boat for the season.

I need someone who is good at communicating, knows how to run effective lead generation facebook campaigns, and knows how to retarget our already known audience.
