Customer Service Star

We are currently looking for a customer service superstar to join our team. We run over 15 brands in the DTC space and have a need for someone who is experienced in customer service via emails and has experience with Shopify (managing orders) etc.

You Should Have:

1. Excellent level of English.

2. CSM experience, we use ReAmaze so bonus if familiar with this.

3. Eye for detail ( Please write ecom star in your application)

4. Ready immediately for Full time work.

5. Able to work graveyard, our customers are mostly based in the United States.

The pay for this role will be set at $3.50 per hour.
