URGENT! Truck Dispatcher

Our company is looking for a hotshot Truck Dispatcher!

Rate: $400 with commission

Role qualifications:
- Must be okay visiting General Manager's house for the 2-days paid training. Must be residing in South (Taguig, Las Pinas, Cavite, Pasay, Paranaque)
- Must have sales skills
- Must know how to negotiate
- Ability to work with minimal to no supervision after training
- Fast learner, eagerness to work. This is a faced paced business so we don’t need someone who’s just good from the start.
- Great with decision making
- Must have work-at-home equipment (Laptop, Internet, Headset)
- Okay with working night shift
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Minimal to no work every Saturday)

Job responsibilities:
- Look for the best loads for our trucks using load boards
- Negotiate with brokers
- Be in touch with your drivers, make sure that they’re following the routes and was able to deliver the vehicle safely.
- Create routes for drivers.
