We currently have an opening for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide change management and governance, as well as communicate, prioritize, and manage of all aspects of a Salesforce project. Kathy Kuo Home leverages the Salesforce platform for Commerce Cloud, Order Management, Service, Sales, and Marketing, using respective clouds.

Responsibilities:

*All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
*Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): workflows, process builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
*Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
*Sandbox environment management
*DevOps/release management experience
*Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
*Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
*Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
*Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
*User support tickets
*Monitor and improve user adoption
*New user and ongoing user training
*Work on a cross-functional team, including other developers, admins, and QA testers

Requirements:

*3+ years of experience as a of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Salesforce core platform including Sales and Service Clouds
*Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
*DevOps/release management experience
*Experience in change management, governance and training end users and key stakeholders
*Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
*Certified Salesforce Administrator
*Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, preferred
CI/CD deployment tool usage experience, preferred
*Experience working with SQL preferred
*Javascript and Apex experience, helpful
