Inputting into overall business strategy and projects to accelerate growth
? Managing and growing a team of junior to mid-level executives
? Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, as well as identify
opportunities to grow accounts
? Managing resourcing across your team to ensure work is delivered on time and
according to client expectations
? Act as the strategic lead for all paid media clients and aligning with commercial
objectives
? Inputting into new business proposals and attending pitches
? Supporting team members on upskilling, development and problem solving
? Collaborating closely with client services, design and SEO teams
? Defining and implementing best practice to ensure the team is operating
efficiently and consistently

Overview
- Senior-level, full-time position
- Managing a small team of junior-mid level executives
- Salary up to 50K depending on experience
