Talented Virtual Assistant needed for immediate

As an Executive VA to the CEO, you’ll report directly to a great boss and help support customers from over 70 countries. You’ll assist with the latest digital marketing campaigns and coordinate pre and post-purchase support activities for our customers around the globe.

As a digital marketing manager, you will report and support the CEO in setting up digital marketing communications (campaigns, funnels and digital ads etc.) overseeing key functions in related product launches, managing key financial and sales reports and supporting customers.

Here’s a breakdown of the Core Responsibilities:

Setup & Deliver Effective Marketing Communications & CRM Management
- Work with copywriters to deploy marketing communications
- Set up and manage campaign sequences in the CRM (Kartra)
- Ensure that the key processes are kept up and kept up to date.
- Maintain backend activities related to management of CRM such as tagging etc.
Lead Digital Marketing Implementation Initiatives:
- Set up and manage sales funnel sequences and conversion processes
- Manage and set up paid lead acquisition campaigns (Relevant training provided if you have not done this before.)
- Monitor campaigns and optimize performance as per in-house processes
- Manage and optimize existing campaigns
- Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports.
- Ensure that all lead acquisition projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Manage Projects & Prepare Reports For Leadership:
- Manage key project deliverables and deliver on time and to high standard.
- Assisting with special projects and reports for executive management.
- Stay on top of workload and manage key deliverables.
- Prepare relevant reports and synthesised insights from customer surveys
- Create and maintain relevant project documentation
Deliver 1st Class Customer Support:
- Ensure smooth, timely and professional handling of all customer service related queries and support requests (all handled via our dedicated customer support platform.)
- Manage all aspects of post customer support including payment management, customer queries, generation of conversion and sales reports etc.
- Establishes excellent rapport with our valued clients/customers and act as an advocate to address and resolve customer issues with excellent customer service

Key Attributes For the Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum degree level of education: Bachelor’s Degree of any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar virtual role with emphasis on at least one of the following areas (digital marketing, e-commerce, project management, lead generation and conversion.)
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- High level of initiative, creativity, and independence
- Highly organised and embraces structure.
- Enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude and takes ownership.
- Quick learner, confident, good decision maker.
- Enjoys variety in their work and work well to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and naturally resourceful.
- Results focused and hungry to progress professionally.
- Solid digital marketing and computer skills – should have experience with popular tools of digital marketing such as CRM, - Slack, Agile Boards, Canva Word/Google Docs etc.
- Candidate must be able to work 40 hours a week and occasional hours on weekend, with at least 50% 4 hours done during UK time.
Ideal candidates will have VA, digital marketing, project management experience, a track record of taking ownership on tasks/projects and producing tangible results.
