We are a company that acted on the potential of NFT games early on. We were founded in Japan and have been steadily profitable since inception. The world is constantly evolving; our company was built on the notion that "NFTs and the Metaverse transcend national borders".

<Responsibilities as a regional manager>

Improvement of sales
Optimization of work flow
Improvement of KPI
Discovery of new business
Reporting on business
Desire and knowledge to make the impossible possible

<Daily tasks>

Management of contracted employees (game players) working for us playing a blockchain game, where players are rewarded in virtual currency.
Specifically, this task involves responding to player applications, orienting and guiding new players, answering player’s questions, checking daily reports, and managing results.
As we are constantly working on new business constructs, your tasks may change over time.

<Career Plan>

We believe that the world is connected beyond borders and language barriers, but we also believe that each country's culture should be respected. As such, we will establish a local subsidiary in the Philippines as soon as we have gathered a group of trusted associates. We are looking for a person who can be the CEO and lead this subsidiary in the future.

<Job Requirements>

Essential skills:
Be able to fluently speak both Japanese and English.
Be able to act quickly and calmly in a turbulent business environment
Have a good internet environment and be able to confidently use ‘Google Workspace’ without any training.
College degree or above?

Preferred skills:
An honest and trustworthy person.
Ambition to lead and become CEO in the future.
Considers work as an important and necessary part of his/her ---------- erested in Web 3.0, NFTs, and the Metaverse.
