PHP & MySQL Programmer

I am looking for an experienced PHP & MySQL programmer to help me with a web based software application. This software is pretty basic. It is mostly taking data from web forms, validating it and storing it. There is some very basic API work that also needs to be done. I can give full details to anyone interested. The project has some sections already written. They are not written very well. They were written quickly to demonstrate to my partners what is possible. I'm looking for a programmer that can make things happen quickly. There are many many features to add and each feature needs to be added in days and not months. This is a full time position with no limits. There is no need to draw out the completion of features, as there will always be new ones to add. This is a fully secure and long term (many years) position so I would like to find a serious programmer that can make things happen and not draw out the completion of simple features to secure their job. I have tried to hire two programmers in the past and neither have worked out. Because of this I must insist that anyone interested in this job complete a small task so I can get a sense of their work and how quickly they can get things completed from start to finish. Once the task is complete, and we're both happy with the arrangement, then the first wage payment will be sent via Xoom or Paypal.
