Virtual Assistant for Successful Shopify Store

Hi! I'm looking to hire a virtual assistant for my Shopify store (active for over 2 years and for years to come with you!).

Your daily task will be to manage the disputes that come from customers, and preparing documents to provide to the supplier for defective products and to the credit card company for credit card disputes.

Currently, this task should take 1 hour each on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. However over the next month, I am anticipating this work load to significantly increase, so your hours will also be increasing - probably to 2 hours every day Monday through Friday.

The main skills I am looking for are:
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Some Shopify experience
- English fluency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions on your own
- If you know Photoshop and have that on your computer, that's a bonus (but not required)
- If you have Facebook Ads or any experience running paid ads, that's a bonus (but not required)
- Everything else I will be teaching you
