• Propagates company’s vision and values effectively
• Conduct programs to the highest standards according to SOPs
• Provide dedicated service and support to parents
• Committed to help each student improve maximally within the shortest time frame
• Committed to help each parent understand their child and communicate actively on the impact of our programs
• Ensure clear communications among Program Instructors, Front Desk and Parents/ Child
• Provide dedicated support and advice to other staff in the program
• Provide training to new Instructors effectively
• Effectively carry-out administrative duties associated with the program (eg. pleasant environment, adequate supplies etc)
• Responsible for passing of annual Program audit
