[Ecommerce] TikTok Ads Video Editor

We're looking for a TikTok Video Style Creative Editor to work with us on a full-time basis to develop video creatives for our ecommerce product based brands/stores in the fitness/fashion/etc niches.

What you'll do

Convert scripts/ideas into tiktok videos (tiktok ads) given raw footage, style, example videos, and more potential filters
(example: given script & raw footage & video concept, develop a 15 sec tiktok video)

Work 1:1 with media manager/project manager to expand on video concepts/ideas
(example: convert 60 second creative to 15,30,45 second variants)

Creative split testing & developing variations of our top videos
(example: take our top ads and test 5 top headlines/captions in first 3 seconds)

Research top tiktok trends, top tiktok content, etc and be involved in tiktok ecosystem
(example: view competitors ads, document top video formats & top angles)

What's required

(REQUIRED) Proficient with video editing software (2+ Years Experience Highly Preferred)

(REQUIRED) Deep understanding of differences between TikTok style native content & others (like fb, insta)
(REQUIRED) Deep understanding (and enjoyment) of the TikTok platform as a whole (trends, audios, etc)

(REQUIRED) Communication skills - Must be fluent in English (View Loom Videos, Communicate With Team)

(Highly Preferred) Experience working with a Ecommerce or Dropshipping Business
