Senior PHP Developer

The role
- As a core member of our engineering team, you will build and maintain major features, through inception, design, implementation and launch, working closely with leadership.
- You will spend the majority of your time on cross-functional features focused on delivering value to the customer, while other projects will be more internally focused on integrations, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable, secure web services and distributed systems
- Design and develop robust solutions for finance industry with calculator, online application system, authentication, and security
- Architecting and building frontend features in Vue.js
- Ensuring a highly performant and responsive UI
- Communicate requirements effectively within the team
- Work with the team to drive your solution from development to production

Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally building products from ideation to launch and maintaining existing codebase
- Professional experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS and Javascript
- Working knowledge of Laravel, Lumen or similar PHP frameworks
- Experience building and/or integrating with RESTful APIs
- Team-building and technical leadership experience
- Being nimble and reacting quickly to changing business conditions
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
