JOB OVERVIEW

Our innovative healthcare company, based in the US is recruiting for an outstanding VA with an awesome attitude and work-ethic, the desire to be a part of an amazing team and the ability to contribute to our growth and your own success.

The ideal candidate will do the following work for our multiple divisions:
1. Write and curate content on our blogs, marketing pieces and in our social media sites - Most articles will start with public domain information and from specialized sources we provide, but you will shape and refine this information and then add the hooks to tie it to our own services,. We expect you to create and post articles that are both built for SEO purposes while still being informative and of high quality.
2. Create and manage social media campaigns (especially facebook, instagram, but may extend later to youtube, adwords)
3. Create sales funnels and email marketing automation. (We useActive Campaign we are looking for experience with MailChimp or related email tools)
4. Help us polish, refine and continually improve our website content.
5. Create and refine high-converting landing pages
6. Ensure websites are SEO friendly (authority score of 90+); Find and create backlinks
7. We are not currently expecting you to be available during U.S. business hours, but we do expect you to be available to connect with us briefly at the beginning and/or end of the U.S. business day to ensure good coordination with us.

Some critical requirements:
- Outstanding English. You need to be able to write fluent English and learn quickly to adapt your writing to our tone and voice. We will look for samples of your writing.

-Proactive communicator: We want a mature professional who over-communicates with us to head off problems.

-Highly Attentive to detail: No detail is trivial in your writing or in the management of your position.

-Learning: You thrive on advancing your skills and knowledge and continually are dedicated to self-learning.

-Technology-Centric: All our work is done on technology platforms and we are continually using the best out there - you must be comfortable with that technology and use it proficiently all the time. Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Adobe products.

-Creative so that you may not be a designer but you have the ability to evaluate and ensure good design even when that is drawn from other tools such as Canva, Photoshop, AI, etc. You are not afraid to learn new platforms such as these to help with creating ideal content, web pages and posts.

-Very organized with task and time management: Record all tasks assigned and performed, keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks.
