Virtual Assistant

We are a martial arts academy with part-time/full-time work opportunities for a virtual assistant that will include the following:

-Answering calls for customer service/lead generation/appointment setting & confirmation
-Making calls from our prospect list/leads at appropriate times (we are based in California, USA)
-Inbound/Outbound email answering & submitting
-Handling billing/refunds for our martial arts programs (email)
-Prospecting & Interacting with followers on Social Media
-Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM (SparkMembers)
-Attending weekly tea ---------- etings via Zoom
-Create & record Standard Operating Procedures for your position & duties
-Email marketing (internal & external) campaigns
-Digital media design (photoshop)

Experience in eCommerce & Marketing a big plus! We have 2 locations and would be helping between both locations virtually. Our CRM helps a lot for helping to delegate to the tea ---------- mbers, seeing client information, sending text messages, email campaigns and so much more inside of ---------- 's a great platform and is very intuitive/simple to use. There are automations that can be setup inside of the CRM for email, text messages, etc that you would help maintain and build with our ---------- requires someone who works well in customer service & is detail oriented as we want you to tell us how many Instagram followers we have on our ---------- and report it here when you submit your application for the ---------- 's integral for you to be able to pick up on subtle details - while delivering quality service in an industry that many are afraid of entering but is very EMPOWERING for our clients once they get in the doors.
