Waltsco is seeking an Operations Assistant to manage daily tasks and duties for our e-commerce based Amazon business. This position is a FULL TIME. The ideal candidate for this job has Amazon seller central/ vendor central experience, is organized, self motivated, proactive, impatient, and tech savy.
You must have at least 1 year of Amazon Seller Central experience. Everything from flat files to filing cases, reinstatements to brand registry, and SEO and PPC is just the beginning. You really have to know Seller Central inside and out, though you don’t have to be an expert at everything. And if you have prior Amazon agency experience, let us know.
Responsibilities & Duties
Create, optimize and manage client listings and utilize flat files for bulk uploads
File Tickets to support in Seller Central and Brand registry when needed
Monitor, manage, and write
General administration tasks with the amazon storefront (pricing, listings, inventory)
Generate reports and memos to monitor inventory levels, profitability, clearing, billing and expenditures.
Research and prospect new deals and suppliers
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Excel and Word
Ability to learn new tasks quickly with attention to detail
Superior organization, time management, and prioritization skills
