JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone who is a good communicator, problem solver and love to learn new things.

We are in need of a person to work on our team that can handle front line support (chat and email only) for our websites, as well as other admin tasks.

Daily tasks that could include:

Support:
- view and respond to requests that come in via hubspot dashboard
- Handle user requests or assign to other tea ---------- mbers for resolution

Web updates:
- Small text/image updates to posts/pages
- May include creating new pages/posts (you will be given content)

Social media:
- Post/schedule social media
- Follow template to create social posts

Admin:
- Generate/update reports for sales related activities
- General Research
- Place orders on suppliers sites
- Manage orders in ecommerce store
- Manage Clickup Task Dashboard

I want someone who wants to grow with us, so if you love finding new ways to make our customer experience better that is great!

If you're someone who is good at following SOP's and wants to learn new skills you may be a perfect fit.

We will be using tools like:
- slack
- clickup
- Wordpress

You will be starting part time 25 hours per week and moving into fulltime as required.
