VA experienced with Go-High-Level and building automated workflows for high-ticket coaching program

We're looking for one, stellar, results-driven individual to join the Jay Cin Fitness team and support our Online Marketing & Automation Campaigns.

This individual will need to be proficient using all aspects of GO HIGH LEVEL…. And must be able to proficiently help us migrate all out digital business assets from the following 3rd party sources:
- Clickfunnels
- Active Campaign
- Wufoo
- Manychat
- Facebook business manager (data form paid ads)
- … (plus a few more)


Here's the full breakdown of the position:

==== Responsibilities: ====
- Migrating assets from the above 3rd party sources and/or recreating them in GHL
- Able to build out entire workflow automations from scratch based on the “concept maps”, direction, & campaign objectives provided by upper management.
- Able to provide valuable expert-incite to upper management, based on campaign objectives and direction provided, to help better accomplish campaign objectives, projects, or task at hand…. and achieve the overall desired result (lead generation & client acquisition)
- Able to create/recreate multi-page sales funnels used in our hight-ticket sales process,
- Able to independently research and pull inspiration from other 3rd party sales funnels, and present those ideas to for possible consideration in future upcoming projects
- Able to create a website (from scratch), using the Go High Level website builder, to help us meet our various objectives & business needs
- Able to create email & messaging sequences for various campaign objectives within GHL
- Able to build out membership portals within GHL
- Completing all tasks while staying within the our brand’s guidelines and themes


** Basically, we need you to able to help us with 2 THINGS:**
1)- take everything we built over the past 3 years….. Migrate it, Refine it, Help Make it BETTER, and create the missing parts that we haven't been able to yet.

2)- be capable of teaching and explaining to us the basics of how everything works, so that we can better understand the creation process on your endband can do a better job describing what it is we need done.

- Must have knowledge and experience with all the programs and software mentioned above
- Must be able to rapidly pick up on, assimilate, and implement new content trends found on social media and integrate them to our business assets
- Required to submit daily “End-of-Day” reports & Weekly “Strategy & Tasks” Report to designated supervisor
- Must be able to work 20+ hours a week
- Must provide be able to provide proof of skills, knowledge base, and capabilities (if needed)
- Must be willing to jump on audio-based zoom calls (as needed) for project collaboration.
- Must have working knowledge of the following communication software
:Slack, Dropbox, Vimeo, Google Drive, Canva



==== We are open to hiring Full-Time or Part-Time for the right person. ===

The position will start off with a 2-step probationary phase. Both phases are (90) days long… after completing your probationary phase, if we are satisfied with (work, effort, attitude) we will bring you on permanently and bring your pay to full scale.

You will be reporting to (2) different people… myself (Jay Cin / Founder & Ceo) & Khristian (our head VA)
Note, in addition to providing (proof of capabilities, references, or anything else to verify your skills & experience) there may be a small preliminary task all final candidates will be required to complete. You will be paid for this task.
