Digital Content Designer For Carousel & Other Image-based Projects

We're looking for one, stellar, results-driven individual to join the Jay Cin Fitness team and support our Online Marketing Campaigns


Here's the full breakdown of the position:

==== Responsibilities: ====
- Creating various forms of SINGLE-IMAGE Digital Content and CAROUSELS (multi-image digital content), as per project guidelines you’ll receive from us
- Tailoring the Copy, Images, Color Scheme, etc of your designs to match our Brand’s Theme, Objectives, and specifications of the current project
- Staying up-to-date with all the new & most popular content trends on Facebook / IG / TikTok, and using that real-time incite to recreate those concepts as content for our brand
- Submitting all work to the designated supervisor for pre-approval / approval
- Making edits and resubmitting all designs for reapproval as needed
- Willing to take additional e-courses (provided by us) to learn new skills, methods, and strategies for creating highly ending, captivating image-based content
- Creating other image-based digital assets as needed **(profile cover photos, Bio photos, document covers, etc)**


=== Requirements: ===
- Must have knowledge and experience with design-based tech & software (Canva, Adobe Suite, Inshot) as well as experience with team collaboration & storage-based tech & software (slack, Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Must be able to rapidly pick up on, assimilate, and implement new content trends found on social media
- Required to submit daily “End-of-Day” reports & Weekly “Strategy & Tasks” Report to designated supervisor
- Must be able to work 20+ hours a week
- Must complete 100% of our new hire content design course within (10) days of official start date
- Must be willing to jump on zoom calls (as needed) for project collaboration.
