Our offices are located in NYC, but are open to remote candidates who can work EST hours.

We are looking for a competent Inventory Manager who can work closely with the operations and ecommerce team to manage vendor and owned inventory on site.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented tea ---------- mber to join our team. You are continuously seeking to learn and have a passion for inventory management, data feeds and are able to work independently. The primary role is to oversee inventory management for the Kathy Kuo Home website.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee vendor inventory feeds and data exchange to ensure that ecommerce inventory is accurate and updated
* Analyze and communicate inventory opportunities and risks to cross-functional partners
* Lead & supervise remote offshore inventory team
* Monitor, report and drive individual and team performance
* Work collaboratively with suppliers to improve compliance KPIs and customer experience
* Inventory discrepancy research and reconciliation
* Plan & execute cycle counts for owned inventory
* Suggest and implement changes to internal process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Help develop, implement, and execute strategic projects

Qualifications:

* This role requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our fast growth
* Background in planning, inventory management and supply chain preferred
* This role requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our fast growth
* Strong analytical, math, data analysis, listening & communication skills
* Advanced MS Excel
