JD and Duties :
?* To Prepare, cook and serve food to meet the specification as defined by employer.
? * To meet all statutory requirements of local authority hygiene inspections
? * Stocks and maintains sufficient level of food products at line station to assure a smooth service
period.
?* Source and purchasing ingredient in daily basis.
? * 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
? * Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
? * Monitor food and labor costs.
Requirements or Qualification:
?* Well experience of Bangladesh & Indian food.
?* At least 3 year of experience in cooking industry.
?* Good to Excellent verbal communication in English, Visayan, and Tagalog.
?* Resourceful and can work with less supervision.
?* Knowledge to prepare Halal certified dishes
