Recruitment Consultant

-He/she will support the company by ensuring that end-to-end recruitment is done and vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
-Continue developing candidate pool/ database by sourcing through various channels.
-Source for qualified candidates both active and passive.
-Screen/ conduct initial and behavioral interviews.
-Endorse shortlist of qualified candidates and their profiles to clients.
-Liaise with clients for follow-ups and candidates status for monitoring purposes.
-Provides outstanding customer service to both the client companies and candidates.
-Focus account management candidate and client management

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related course
-At least 5 years relevant work experience gained from executive search firms/headhunting/staffing/ recruitment agency
-Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
-Can start work ASAP
-Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
