JOB OVERVIEW

Powerful real estate team in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida is seeking to add a skilled, long-term and full-time member to our administrative family. Listing Coordinator is responsible in managing the real estate listing process, from a signed listing agreement until (when a listing is taken) to when a contract is ratified (and it gets turned over to the closing team). The maximum listings one Listing Coordinator will be expected to manage is 30. The listing coordinator will be responsible for preparing documents for clients, ordering signage, ordering photography, adhering to a strict timeline, communicating with leadership and agent partners, communicating directly with clients, vendor management, etc.

Listing Coordinator must be able to speak and write fluently (in English- Spanish or another language a bonus). They must have access to strong internet connection. The below expertise are REQUIRED, for the highest possible salary for the position:

- Proficient in the SkySlope platform **required**
- Experience with SISU and SIERRA (CRM) **required**
- Experience with ShowingTime
- MLS Proficiency
- Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with GMail, GSuite, GChat
- 2 (minimum) to 4+ years previous real estate listing coordination experience **required**
- Exceptional Attention to detail (DISC High C, with I)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively (and follow) step-by-step checklist **required**
- Willing to be a team player; working beside a leadership, operations director, closing coordination team, inside sales team, and marketing
- Willing to learn, take direction, and constructive criticism; also an ability to make decisions without confirmation from leadership
- Full time employment, and must work exclusively for our team; cannot moonlight or have a second position **cannot work for another real estate team**

Ideal, but not required:
- Infusionsoft (Keap), ideal, not required
- Familiarity with real estate listing agreements and disclosures for DC, MD, VA, and Florida
- Previously worked within eXp Realty LLC
