Training Content Designer

We are Foodie Coaches, a business that coaches hospitality business owners and runs webinars, classes/trainings, and events. We are 3 years old and work remotely and all online.

We are looking for a Training Content Designer/Builder.

The role will be responsible for creating and updating training/ instructional content, ensuring that learning assets are up to date and converting instructor led materials to interactive training content.
Role includes:
- building training plans
- training calendar
- training conceptualisation
- writing and preparing runsheets, slides, and workbooks

The role will work directly with the CEO (our head coach), and our COO.

**a background in hospitality and business management will be very handy.**
