Our team is looking for someone who can multi-task projects, speak english, and write english. Our company name is Marble, and my name is Lauren.
Objective and Focus: Triage and address resident maintenance requests in a timely manner through communication with tenants, owner and vendors to ensure tenant satisfaction and reduce property damage.
Daily Tasks
- Complete all assigned Flowdash tasks on the Maintenance workflow
- Communicate directly with tenant to obtain necessary information, gauge severity of request and coordinate scheduling
- Communicate directly with owner for budget approval
- Communicate effectively with vendor to convey need, obtain report and make payment
- Regularly update the master vendor spreadsheet with reliable and cost efficient vendors to build the network
- Escalate tasks to US team as needed
Working hours are:
-6 days a week (Saturday/Sunday off, your choice)
-6AM to 12pm (Seattle pacific time)
-9PM - 3AM (Philippine time)
