E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for someone with solid prior experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment. If you have experience in the Shopify, Etsy, ebay, amazon platforms that is a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to fill a critical role in a growing company. You will need to be flexible but extremely reliable and interested in growing with our brand as we begin to scale.

You will be involved in all areas of operations, wear a lot of hats, and gain insight into building a brand that has launched exceedingly well and poised to advance. If you seek an E-commerce position with constant room for growth and development, this may be the job for you.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage our E-commerce Platforms
-Maintaining physical & digital inventory across platforms
-Order fulfillment and inventory for Online Retail & Wholesale from start to finish
-Help manage, track and update our online product listings (including copy, cataloging in Dropbox, etc.), images, pricing and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms.
-Dispatch orders to storage warehouse/pick-n-pack
-Related administrative tasks
-Help create an SKU/Barcode inventory system if you have prior knowledge


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-2-3+ years experience and comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms (experience with amazon, ebay and Shopify a or wholesale platforms a big plus)
-Minimum Associate’s Degree
-VERY computer savvy and can troubleshoot basics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically spreadsheets and CSV's for catalogs)
