Marketing Full Time (Please Read the Description)

We are in Property Management. I have tea ---------- mbers but need an assistant. There are multiple responsibilities that I would like to delegate to you. This is a list of some things that come to mind but there will likely be more as well:

Marketing:
Social Media
Marketing Social Media Posting
Respond to reviews online
Post to YouTube
Pursue and capture market share from weaker competitor firms per plan

CRM:
Enter names to CRM
Track deals and pipeline
Design and implement drip campaigns

Deals:
Scan resources for potential deals
Make offers on Properties
Market the deals – PDFs
Follow up on leads for properties
Request FOILs for DHCR
Do bid comparisons for projects

Networking:
Scheduling meetings
US Networking Group
EO Related responsibilities
Coordinating events
