Full Stack Developer

We are a SaaS company based in the USA looking for a Full-Time developer to join our team. We will also consider Part-Time.
Our SaaS product launched 5 years ago, but we still have so much to build out to further develop the software. We are currently looking for a full stack developer who has experience in Laravel. Experience is Ember is preferred, but it is easy to learn if you have experience in Laravel.

Team concept is very important at our company. We welcome UX & UI suggestions, as well as your thoughts on best practices. We meet via Zoom weekly, as well as daily communication via Slack.

If you are a self-motivated, experienced developer who likes to be part of a team, yet work from home, we just may be the company for you.

Technical experience requirements:
Proven experience with Laravel
Ember experience preferred, but not required.
Preferred experience with MySQL
Laravel Forge or similar experience
Basic knowledge of Linux server management

Work Schedule/Benefits:
Initially, until you can work independently of our supervision and assistance for our particular product, we need you to work US hours. Once you are able to work on our SaaS product independently, we can move to much more flexible hours. As long as communication is timely, work is high quality, and projects are getting completed as promised, we are absolutely fine with you having a flexible schedule. If our needs are met, we do not feel the need to ---------- fact, we despise micromanaging. What we do love is keeping the work moving and working as a cohesive team.

Our hiring process:
1) We will review all the applications that are submitted and will reach out to any candidates that we are interested in learning more about.
2) Once we are interested in a candidate, we will send you a very simple coding logic quiz. You have 30 minutes to take the quiz, but most can complete the quiz in 10 minutes or less. The reason we do this is because we talk to so many people who say they have worked on SaaS products, but in reality, they cannot complete this simple coding logic, basic quiz.
3) Lastly, once you've completed this 10 min quiz successfully, we will ask to schedule a meeting with the Founder via Zoom.
