We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager!
Grow Enrollments is getting bigger and the company would like to make sure it is well-equipped with a solid infrastructure through streamlined operations. Therefore, we are looking to hire a motivated Operations Manager that will help us with our growth through your industry-proven competency in building and implementing lean processes. This person must lead the business in establishing an evidence-based practice. Lastly, this role shall work directly with the company’s CEO and will need to be open to performing support tasks as needed. Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Work directly with the CEO on a wide range of projects involving streamlining operations
Convey work processes into meaningful, intuitive, and engaging documentation
Review and audit existing processes. Ensuring they are always relevant, transparent, and clear.
Enforce lean process throughout the whole organization.
Create and maintain process documentation in a single platform
Provide leadership in teams working on creating, testing, and documenting new processes
Delegate necessary operational management work to established company tea
Introduce and enforce change within teams or larger company divisions
A champion of culture, especially in how Grow Enrollments' values are represented in its processes
Hold people accountable for project tasks
Solve a variety of operational management issues
Report to company executives and tea
Research a wide range of topics to satisfy business needs
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for operational and business improvement
Candidate Profile:
You have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree related to Management
At least 3 years of experience in any management role
Work experience in operational management is required
Experience creating and enforcing new processes is required
Project management experience is a huge bonus and will be prioritized
Experience working from home is a bonus
Transformational management experience is a bonus
You are:
A highly organized individual that can work independently by following set goals
Competent in verbal and written English
Proactive in any project to make sure all moving parts (people and tasks) are going along as scheduled
Able to demonstrate a proven research process that produces results
Analytical and possess the ability to derive findings/recommendations from raw data
Able to work in a team environment, collaborating with multiple areas to drive solutions
Able to demonstrate advanced use of spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets)
