About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a results-driven Call Center Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

What You’ll Do:
> Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans.
> Recommends changes in products, service, and policy.
> Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
> Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
> Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
> Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
> Develop and maintain lead relationships through phone calls,
> Achieve new orders.
> Receive and make between 75 and 125 inbound / outbound calls daily. Must be proactively contacting leads to convert into sales.
> Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction using our CRM application.
