A day in the life...

As an Acquisition Associate, you will come in direct touch with home owners by building a relationship on the phone, determining all sorts of costs, and closing them by coming to a price that makes them happy to do business with us
key focus areas: learning about the real estate market, calling homeowners, building trustworthy relationships, following up with clients, tracking and crunching all the numbers (e.g., repairs, comps, aftermarket values, buy formulas, appointments).

• Manage lead campaigns simultaneously from start to finish in a rapidly changing environment

• Develop confidence in talking with homeowners and earn commissions up to 10%*

• Build credibility with clients and create your way up to the highest career stages of the company

You own this if you have...

• Outstanding social skills, a ton of confidence when talking with people on the phone

• Strong quantitative skills, including relationship building

• Strong interest in real estate and understanding the magic behind it, especially in the US market

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work alone and in peace and to collaborate with cross-functional partners

• Great proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Minimum age of 24 years

• Excellent Internet and Microphone quality when it comes to making calls

• Voice like someone from the US or Europe

• (optimally) worked in the real estate industry

• (optimally) previous history with cold calling
