Social Media Flyer Designer

We are a real estate firm looking for someone able to design 7 PROFESSIONAL, EYE-CATCHY & UNIQUE SOCIAL MEDIA FLYER DESIGN postings per week. Each week comes out with different contents with assigned ---------- duplicate flyers

The person must
- Create and curate content published on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Form captivating copy and content to connect with the target audience
- Analyze metrics to come up with new strategies when necessary
- Flyers must be in Jpeg or Png format and must meet social media app requirements
- High resolution (300 DPI) and print ready file
- Submit flyer proof on Wednesday and post it before Friday every week.
- 24 hours response modification required


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET
- At least 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager in business operations, management, sales, or other business-related fields managing multiple professional social media accounts.
- Great command of the English language (especially written)
- Knowledge in the basics of branding and marketing
- Creative / Visual Eye/ Knowledge of Canva is a plus
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- 7 ---------- duplicate posts


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good computer setup with stable high-speed internet
