DAILY TASKS
Listen to ALL initial call recordings taken by the Answering Service prior to contacting the ---------- put detailed and descriptive notes of what was discussed on that call.
Return ALL missed calls; if any.
Listen to any voicemails and input detailed and descriptive notes of messages.
Review all texts and reply accordingly.
Respond to all leads as soon as possible.
Verify accuracy of all info inputted.
If no one answers, leave voicemails 100% of the time. Follow the voicemail with a text 100% of the ---------- put detailed and descriptive notes after every call and or text correspondence.
Assign every caller a workflow based on their needs. Multiple workflows can be applied to any caller if necessary.
Let every caller know that a member of our team will contact them within 2 business days.

REQUIREMENTS
Download Profit Dial ---------- ll/text from the same Profit Dial Number as the caller used.
Required to have access to suitable place to work uninterrupted, with reliable electricity and high speed internet and a fast computer

WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday approximately 20 hours per week or some weekend
- Able to work during 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Eastern Time
