I am building a crypto development team in order to build multiple crypto projects. I am looking to interview and hire 2 back end developers as well as 2 front end developers. and ADD THEM TO MY TEAM.??We will build exclusively on ETHEREUM LAYER TWO. we are going to be using solidity and python to build our applications.  we are going to be working  and building DEXs SIMILAR to uniswap, sushiswap, immutableX,, myswap.xyz, ?
we are going to go in the direction of ethereum layer two and zk rollups because ZK rollups are amazing and they are MADE TO SCALE . WE will design a token that goes up in price and developers will work with CAIRO AND RUST programming languages. ??payment:??the team will be paid 50% in USD and 50% in project tokens. this is NOT NEGOTIABLE AND IS NECESSARY TO BUILD A GOOD TEAM THAT CARES ABOUT THE PROJECT.??i am looking for developers that want to join my team and be rich using my ideas and my coaching and guidance as an arquitect. I will guide you and tell you what to build and what technology stack to use. and i will pay you half in normal USD and the other half in project tokens and other incentives.
