Website Product Entry and SEO

I have around 1000 products that will need to ultimately be uploaded to my website. I will have to sets of pricing. One will be retail and one will be wholesale.

I also need help setting up a form for my wholesale clients to fill out when they sign up for the site. It will require my approval and they will need to submit certain documents prior to being approved to look and order from wholesale catalog.

Product pictures will have to be retrieved from internet doing Google searches and will need transparent watermark on them with my site name.

SEO will be required for all products and for site overall. Someone with heavy SEO experience with proven track record will most likely win bid.

There will be several other items to accomplish that we will discuss in detail.
