JOB OVERVIEW

Thomas & Thomas Real Estate Photography is a photo and video company, specifically geared towards real estate agents. We are based in Atlanta, Georgia- USA, and are looking to add a tea ---------- mber to the position of a social media manager that will be responsible for our client outreach and Social Media Managing.

-The pay will be $5/hour
-The hours will be 20/week

Instagram is the primary source of our client outreach, and we are looking for someone to help us manage our inbox, posted content, and client outreach. The daily duties of this position will, in part, consist of these things:

- Creating engaging Social Media posts 2-3 times/week and posting content.
- Utilizing Instagram search methods to make offers to local prospective real estate agents
- Implementing engagement strategies to bring company awareness to new clients
- Messaging and responding to offers of providing our services
- Utilizing project management software to compile and organize efforts and results

A majority of the client outreach will include sending messages that will be generated by our automatic message-generating tools. However, there will be other aspects of the engagement that require both the writing of and responding to unique messages that are relevant to specific ---------- essence, we're looking for someone with the following skills:

- Sufficient English to read, understand, and form thoughtful responses to agents
- The ability to answer questions as agents respond to our offers

With time, we hope to further automate other aspects of our business. Therefore, there will be plenty of potential for growth and promotions in the company as more opportunities become available.
