We are looking for a person to handle our PPC Optimization and Listing Optimization for our products on Amazon. This position is a stepping stone to join our fast-growing and successful e-commerce company and learn, grow and expand with us.
Currently, we are a team of 3 people, 2 working in the USA and one working online from the Philippines successfully handling our accounting department and growing with us handling more and more responsibilities.
For this very unique opportunity, we need a detail-oriented, enthusiastic person that can learn, critically think, and solve problems. This position requires someone who is organized and can go over data, and determine what is performing well and what needs to be adjusted.
Someone that likes numbers and enjoys analyzing lots of data on regular basis, extracting what is not working and making improvements, and also increasing budgets on campaigns that are performing well.
We will train the right person. All training time is fully paid. We treat our employees the way we would like to be treated.
This position will start as part-time learning how to do PPC analysis using our tools and following our methods and more hours can be added if the candidate will desire and learn to do more daily work.

Your main role in the next 3-6 months is to learn and get good at these tasks below. Please keep in mind that e-commerce is an ever-changing environment and some tasks remain the same and new tasks might come up.

1. Learn how to do detailed keyword analysis by comparing our product with competitors and keywords they are ranking for, creating a negative keyword list, d

2. Monitoring performance of PPC campaigns main indicators such as Acos, Tacos, and especially conversion rate of keywords on regular
3. Analyzing listings for every product making sure keywords are represented in the listing.
4. Analyzing which keywords are our competitors performing at better and creating plan and campaigns on moving ranking up consistently for our products.
