Software Quality Assurance

CALCMENU Philippines is hyper focused on delivering the best customer experience possible. The team is busy refining processes and protocols to ensure the highest quality product possible and part of that process includes a rigorous, detail-oriented Quality assurance team.

This QA Specialist must have an obsessive eye for all things quality, consistency, communications and careful execution is a priority.

The QA will generate and execute testcases, manuals, report issues and help the team in improving and optimizing web applications.

The QA will work closely with the Business Analyst, Developer and Support teams to ensure that deliverables are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Team member along with 5 QA and 10+ programmers to manage daily work and deliverables.
•Study, generate and execute functional test cases and test plans for testing different EGS applications on different platforms and to ensure that all tasks are delivered with high level of quality and on time.
•Submit all issues with complete test artifacts (image/videos) during the Test cycle in bug tracking tool.
•Report directly to the Team for the current status of assigned software testing tasks.
•Partake in group discussions and in design reviews.
•Coordinate with Support team to resolve client-issues.
•Assist in training and implementation of projects from time to time.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, from a reputable school
•1-2 years relevant work experience
•Has proficiency with issue, project and test management tools.
•Knowledge in automated testing is a plus.
•Experience with Agile development methodology and continuous integration is preferred.
•Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Resourceful, ?exible, performance-driven, self-motivated, team player.
•Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila
