FRONT-END WEB DESIGNER

We are looking for a Front-End Website Designer who wants to work full-time. We are an Australian business that has a reputation for creating awesome-looking custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for our clients who use online marketing funnels to grow their businesses.

We are looking for someone who is well-experienced in working the following:
* UX Designs (Desktop/Mobile/Tablet)
* Web Navigation Design (aware of the best practices)
* Responsive Landing Pages
* Responsive Squeeze pages
* Banner Ads
* Professional Business Logo
* Hero Banners
* eBooks
* Brochures
* Other Branding and Marketing Graphics

***We also prefer someone who can develop websites too. But, web designing is the primary skill***

In this role, we require you to:
* Be able to design websites confidently mainly in photoshop and illustrator
* Have strong ability in responsive web design and proper front-end development practices
* Be creative and open to new ideas
* Have excellent visual design skills
* Have great attention to detail
* Be self-motivated & very reliable
* Be ethical, a team player, and a good communicator
* Work at a fair & reasonably fast pace
* Accept constructive criticism of your work
* Have good English speaking & writing skills
* Work full-time within standard daytime hours, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2-week trial period, to see how well you can design. If your performance, talent, and attitude are a good fit for our culture, we will offer you a permanent full-time position.

We start working at 10 a ---------- lbourne Time (7 am Philippine Time) and you are required to be online at Teamwork Chat during working hours.
