Human Resource Manager's primary duties include policy and procedure development, recruitment, employee recordkeeping, employee retention, benefits and compensation tracking and administration, human resources information systems, employee relations, orientation and onboarding, talent management, employee performance management, training and development and ensuring corporate compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Must have experience in supervising and leading HR staff. Prior education and Experience in Human Resources Management is strongly preferred.
